We recently produced a custom batch of black air conditioners for trucks for a customer. They have a sleeker look with a metallic-like shine. Customers who like them are welcome to inquire. After that, I will explain the basics of air conditioner for truck.
We recently produced a batch of black air conditioners for trucks, utilizing advanced high-end printing technology. This technique ensures that each droplet of paint adheres precisely to the surface of the casing, forming a uniform and delicate coating. The results are astonishing, showcasing unparalleled glossiness and smoothness.
This process not only significantly enhances the coating's heat resistance and corrosion resistance. It also deepens the black color, exuding a subtle yet extraordinary luxurious aura. Additionally, we have incorporated curing technology, which further increases the hardness and wear resistance of the coating. This ensures that the air conditioner for trucks retains its beautiful appearance even after enduring harsh weather conditions.
For customers who value both quality and aesthetics, this new black air conditioner for trucks is the ultimate choice.

Truck air conditioners, as the name suggests, is an air conditioner designed specifically for trucks. In addition to the designation of truck air conditioner, it also be called parking air conditioner, roof air conditioner, 12v truck air conditioner, and so on.
Origin of Parking Air Conditioner: emphasizes that this air conditioner can provide a cooling function even when the truck is parked.
About Rooftop Air Conditioner: emphasizes that the air conditioner is mounted on the roof of the truck.
12v Truck Air Conditioner: Emphasizes the air conditioner that is powered using a 12-volt DC power supply.
Trucks are one of the most important modes of modern transportation. They carry large volumes and high-value goods, often over long distances. For truck drivers, air conditioners are not only used while driving but also when sleeping in the truck cabin. The significance of an air conditioner for trucks lies in its ability to help drivers stay alert and comfortable during long journeys, reducing fatigue and lowering the likelihood of traffic accidents.
There are usually two types of ways to categorize truck air conditioners.
The first way of categorization is to differentiate them by the way they are driven. They are electric truck air conditioners and engine truck air conditioners. The way they are differentiated is mainly the power source. One is powered by a battery and the other is powered by a belt-connected engine.
Another way to categorize them is to differentiate them by mounting location. They are rooftop truck air conditioners and split truck air conditioners.
Rooftop air conditioners are mounted on top of the truck. Rooftop air conditioners are all-in-one designs that are easy to install and have less impact on the interior space of the cab.
Split truck air conditioners have an internal and external unit. It requires drilling holes in the back or bottom of the cab for wiring to connect the inner and outer units. The whole process is relatively complicated. If the technology is not in place, prolonged exposure to the elements may lead to excessive wear and tear on the perforations, leakage, etc., affecting the sealing of the cab. But it also has the relatively obvious benefit of being inexpensive.
After understanding the categories of air conditioners for trucks, I would recommend choosing a rooftop truck electric air conditioner from a long-term use perspective. Here are the specific reasons:
1, Energy Saving & Independent Operation: The 12V truck air conditioner is electrically powered, which means it produces no exhaust emissions and is more environmentally friendly. Moreover, it can operate independently when the truck is parking, without relying on the vehicle's engine power, thus reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
2, Convenient & Efficient: Powered by DC electricity, the 12V truck air conditioner can be easily connected to the truck's battery. Additionally, it provides rapid and stable cooling performance. There is no need to worry about insufficient cooling due to engine power shortages when climbing hills or carrying heavy loads.
3, Durable & Easy to Install: Rooftop air conditioners are easy to install. The integrated design reduces the likelihood of failures. You don't have to worry about issues such as wiring damage caused by long-term use.
I will break down the working principle of truck air conditioning into 3 parts so that it is easy for you to understand.
1, The refrigerant cycle: when the compressor is running, it will evaporator generated within the low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant vapor inhaled and compressed. After compression, in the high temperature and high pressure state into the condenser. The condenser utilizes a condensing fan for cooling. The cooling process causes the refrigerant to condense into a liquid and flow from the bottom of the condenser into a liquid storage dryer. The reservoir dryer is filtered, dried and dehumidified. After that, the pure refrigerant will be throttled through the expansion valve to reduce temperature and pressure, and then enter the evaporator again.
2, Refrigeration process: in the evaporator, low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes into gas. Vaporization at the same time from the cab to absorb heat, so that the temperature inside the cab to reduce. Through the fan to the cab into the cold air, for the driver to provide a cool driving environment.
3, Cycle after cycle: the gaseous refrigerant through the evaporator and then re-absorbed by the compressor, so cycle after cycle, the heat in the cab to the outside world, to achieve the cooling effect.
