Battery Chillers is to reduce the temperature of the battery in the operation. A running battery, if kept within a reasonable temperature range, will result in more power and driven distance for electric equipment and longer battery life. We also call it battery thermal management system or BCS, BTMS.
TKT started designing and manufacturing Battery Chillers in 2012 for various electric equipment. TKT has developed a series of products to solve the problem of battery temperature. These products offer a variety of outstanding advantages, such as achieving precise temperature control (0.5°C), product lightweighting studies, and products that have passed 10 years of market testing, among other reasons.
Observação: This is a highly customizable part and we can manufacture it exactly to the customer’s specifications. Resfriamento, heating, dimensions, etc.. can all be customized.

Ao longo do passado 10 anos, A TKT projetou e fabricou sistema de resfriamento de bateria de acordo com os requisitos de diferentes clientes OEM, como BYD, Yutong e Dragão Dourado na China, e TATA Motors na Índia, Daewoo na Coréia e outros mercados estrangeiros. A capacidade de resfriamento e capacidade de aquecimento do sistema de gerenciamento térmico da bateria(BTMS) varia de 3-10KW de acordo com os requisitos do cliente, que pode atender aos requisitos de diferentes veículos comerciais, mesmo que a temperatura ambiente atinja 60 graus C ou -20 graus C. A TKT também fabrica refrigeradores de bateria montados no teto, Chiller de bateria montado lateralmente e Chiller de bateria montado no chassi de acordo com os requisitos de diferentes clientes.
